Stuart Tafeen, MD
Dr. Tafeen graduated from State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse and completed his Dermatology fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill. He then founded and developed Carolina Dermatology Center, an independent private practice focused on providing state of the art skin care in a compassionate, family-oriented atmosphere. In 2011, that practice became a part of ConeHealth Medical Group, and then re-emerged as an independent entity in 2023.
Dr. Tafeen will be located in the same building he previously practiced out of in Greensboro, NC. The facility has been updated, and he looks forward to offering medical and surgical dermatology services to both established and new patients. He remains deeply committed to his patients’ well-being.
Outside of the office, Dr. Tafeen’s life is family focused with his wife (Elyse) of over five decades, three grown children, and four grandbabies. He is an avid reader, Jeopardy-watcher, wordle player, struggling do-it-yourselfer, and he prioritizes healthy life-style choices.
