I have been going to Complexions Dermatology for two years. Dr. Jackson is so polite and explains what he is doing. I had surgery on my face to remove skin cancer. I received approximately 15 stitches or more. You won’t know it unless I point it out. That’s great work! I didn’t want a scar on my face, of course, but it can barely be seen. The administrative personnel and the nurses have always treated me well.

We followed Lori Wood over to the new Complexions Dermatology location in Colonial Heights. Clean, comfortable reception with a very friendly and knowledgeable team. Dermatology skin care treatments for my teens, and beauty treatments for me. So far we’re very pleased. We love that appointments are, for the most part, easy to come by and our insurance is accepted. It’s a 30 minute drive for us but well worth it!

Highly recommend them for any of your dermatology needs! Everyone is extremely friendly from the front desk to the doctors!

My first visit at Complexions was great with Melissa Paschall, PA. I had never been to a dermatologist before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a spot of concern due to tanning over the years and was told by many that it would take months to get in somewhere! I found Complexions right here on Google and they had availability the next day! I was relieved with how quickly and smoothly my appointment went. I look forward to going back in the fall for a full body scan! I would highly recommend anyone needing a dermatologist give this place a try.

First of all, I was able to be seen the SAME day! A+. First time here and I only spent about 35 minutes total with a 10 minute early arrival. The receptionist was friendly and Dr. L. I had a spot appear on my cheek. I had never been to any kind of skin specialist before and was scared of them “cutting” or ” burning” anything off. I called Dr. Jackson, and he was absolutely amazing. He cut the spot out, sent it off for testing and then called me the following week for results. He does not hurt a bit. He talks you through every step that he is doing. He is not only a wonderful doctor but he’s caring and is concerned about his patients. I have seen him now several times for different things. He’s very knowledgeable about the skin and knows how to treat any kind of skin irritation. He is by far the best.
