Marian “Taylor” Strange, MSC, PA-C

Taylor Strange is a nationally certified, state licensed Physician Assistant from Halifax, VA. She is a member of the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants (VAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communication (MSC) with dual concentrations in Health Communication and Public Relations from High Point University. She also holds a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Medicine (MPAM) from the University of Lynchburg College of Medical Science. Her clinical training includes rotations assisting in general surgery, bariatric surgery, Mohs surgery, and dermatology.

Taylor took a unique path to becoming a PA by first delving into the art of patient-centric health communication. She recognizes the importance of relating to her patients on a personal level, creating lasting relationships built on her ability to listen and tailor treatment plans to each individual patient’s needs, concerns, and lifestyle. Her passion is providing superior health care alongside individualized patient education and treatment.

Working in the field of dermatology has been Taylor’s dream since she was a young child. Her interests include general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys being on the farm with her husband, Reid, and their goldendoodle, Macy Moo. She also loves spending quality time with her family, cooking (and eating), drinking hot chocolate with almond milk, traveling, and trying new BBQ restaurants.
